Driving Directions: (from Oxnard/Ventura) Take PCH Hwy 1 South from Las Posas Rd. Drive 4.2 miles. Park at La Jolla Canyon Trail Head. Entrance is on the left. Park on the side of the road for free.Hiking Directions: Start at the Ray Miller Trail Head and take the La Jolla Canyon Trail north. Pass the waterfall, take the rock steps past the sandstone cliffs. Keep an eye out for the caves on the left side of the trail. Show will take place under the caves in the Shady Grove. The hike takes 15-30 minutes, easy-moderate and child friendly. Wear layers, sunscreen and watch out for Poison Oak.
